About our Chef
Welcome our chef - Sergey Lugovoi, 35 years old, Estonia.

His slogan is: “Cooking is my life! Created with heart, performed with hands!”

His career started at the age of 23 in Estonia. Having worked for 3 years under the supervision of the legendary Paul Bacuse, he moved to Lugano, Switzerland. There he took part in opening of a restaurant which 6 months later got a Michelin star.

He was invited to a restaurant in Krstjansand, Norway which soon was chosen to be the best. After that he worked as a sous-chef in the Italian restaurant in the city of Como and in the elite Estonian restaurant Francesco Sibio.

Famous political figures, pop stars and celebrities, the Prime Minister of Germany, and the President of Estonia are among the guest celebrities of our chef.

Which one would you like to participate in?
A famous Tomahawk steak, imported from Australia, cooked with only a few minutes leeway between rare and well-done to your liking, will be served with potato foam, cooked on fire, vegetables and gorgonzola cheese sauce. A touch of parsnip puree and spinach added to the juicy, rich steak will create an array of textures.

Grilled T Bone
A piece of meat cut from the short loin sub-primal from the front portion of the larger loin primal. The short loin is home to the most tender and popular cuts of steak. It is broken down further into two sub primal – the short beef loin. Prepared grilled with Jerusalem artichoke, grilled local vegetables, and delicious ju sauce, which is referred to by the French term "au Jus," which basically means with juice. The juices secreted from the T-bone.

Fresh local octopus from our Mediterranean waters is deliciously seasoned with aioli and basil, served with smoked tomatoes and hollandaise sauce. This is a true local dish that you surely don’t want to miss preparing and cooking.

Our tuna is locally caught and served with cauliflower puree, saffron, grilled zucchini and Parma ham, a taste explosion that makes you wonder in which and what kind of ways one can prepare a tuna dish.

Sea bass
Sea bass in Malta is highly popular and it would not surprise you that, what is on your plate is as close as the fish of the day, fresh and locally caught. Our chef will prepare this dish whilst rolling the sea bass in small rolls, combining this with fresh smoked local potatoes. Served with homemade mayonnaise with lemon, fermented cucumber, dill sponge, and green herb butter.

Departing from Kalkara Marina, you will have a chance to admire the views of Valletta Grand Harbour, the indented coastline of St Paul’s Bay and the breathtaking open sea. On the way to an uninhabited island Comino, you will enjoy glittering in the sun turquoise waters of Crystal and Blue Lagoons. Just imagine! Mesmerizing view in the background, and you are enjoying your haute cuisine dish – a true paradise not to forget!
Southern Unique Tour (Half Day)
Whilst enjoying a monumental view of the Valletta Grand Harbor, we will sail in the direction of the picturesque, peaceful, and relaxing south of Malta. During the masterclass session with our chef, you will see St Thomas Bay, a popular sightseeing spot for locals and tourists, and enjoy breathtaking views of rock formations and bays. Our final destination will be Il-Hofriet Cove, not far from the fabled St. Peter's Pool in Delimara. The smooth cliffs carved from white limestone and the azure waters lend the place a truly magical air.
